Meditation for Kindness

Make sure that your room is peaceful, has no distractions, has sunlight or fresh air, and feels safe and centered enough to focus more on your mindful meditation.
First, you will sit in a cross-legged position and open the palms of your hands.
Next, is to close your eyes and have some deep breaths.
Allow and accept the noises. Remember that you don’t have control over other people and think about the word “Kindness”—kindness to yourself and others.
To end the meditation, it’s up to you if you want to take a bow. If not, just slowly open your eyes and take a moment with your thoughts.
